Project list

Every project at a glance — filter by status, search, sort, pin, and carry on from each card's menu.

My projects holds every project you may see — from every account you work in. From here you create new projects and reach each one with a tap.

Getting to the project list

1 Tap My projects in the sidebar.

The list at a glance

1 The tiles filter by status. 2 The search finds projects and clients. 3 Here you switch between cards and a list.

The four tiles, from left to right:

Activetile 1
Projects being worked on right now. Every new project starts here.
Completedtile 2
Finished projects. They stay fully readable.
Archivedtile 3
Projects put away so they no longer turn up day to day.
Alltile 4
Every project, whatever its status.

Where space is short, the tiles show only their sign and number. Press and hold a tile to see its name.

Below the search you filter by Project type, such as commercial or documentary, and choose the sorting, for example "Last changed" or "Shooting start".

Pinning projects

A pinned project stands large above all others — meant for the production you are working on every day right now. Tap the pin in the card's image; a second tap releases it. Up to three projects can be pinned per account.

A card's menu

The three dots on each card open its menu: Open, Edit, Shooting days — plus, depending on the status, Wrap up, Archive or Reopen, and Delete at the very bottom.

What these entries do is described under Editing a project and Wrapping up, archiving, deleting. Entries you lack the right for do not appear at all.

Several accounts

If you work in several accounts and show more than one, the list groups the projects by account. A project always belongs to exactly one account — that is where its data lives and where its rights apply (see Accounts & tenants).

Without the right "View projects"

Whoever may not see all of the account's projects finds only the projects whose team they are on — once they have accepted joining the team.
