Time tracking

Submitting the current state, reviewing times, approving them or giving them back with a reason — and what goes to the ERP.

Everyone clocks their own time under My work → Time tracking. What is finished, they submit; whoever may Review times reviews it — for all projects of the account in one place.

Submitting the current state

1 Submit hands in every finished open entry at once. A running clock stays with you.

1 Submitted days read Submitted. They are archived for you: you see them but no longer change them.

Reviewing times

Everyone with the permission Review times sees the tab Review. The owner and the admins have it; you give it to other groups under Groups & permissions.

One block per submission: who, when, how many hours. 1 Approve approves the whole submission. 2 Give back sends a single entry back.

1 Giving back, you write a reason — the person sees it at their entry.

An entry given back

1 The reason stands at the entry. It is open again: correct it and submit it anew.
