Templates & standard signatures
Create contract templates with clauses once and use them in every project — and documents everyone on the team receives automatically.
What is the same in every project, you create once as a template: the crew contract with its clauses, the consent to recordings, the non-disclosure agreement. Templates belong to the account and are ready in every project under Add a contract → From templates.
Creating a contract template
Under Administration → Templates → Contracts: 1 New template.
A contract template has the same fields as a contract: category, type, fee and currency, responsible, governing law, fixed term, written form and notes — plus the clauses.
Edit clauses opens a window of its own: a heading and its text per clause. 1 Clause adds another one, the bin removes one. Done takes them over into the template.

A contract from the template takes over all of it; in the project you only add the party and whatever is different for this shoot.
Standard signatures
Some documents should be signed by everyone on the team — such as the consent to photo and film recordings or a non-disclosure agreement. For that you switch on the standard signatures in the project — in the Tools step when creating it, or later under Editing a project — and choose the templates for them.
Everyone who joins the team then automatically receives these documents to sign — in the app or via a link. If a template only applies to certain groups, you choose them in the template's For field; without a choice it applies to everyone.
Minors
If a person on the team is entered as a minor, it is not they who sign but their legal guardians — both, with name and e-mail address. If there is only one, for instance because a parent has died or has sole custody, you tick No second guardian and give the reason. The reason then appears in the contract too.
