Daily reports

The actual report after wrap — times planned against actual, scenes shot, pages, takes, incidents and delays, consumption, notes, clocked times — submit, approve, distribute.

After every shooting day, the daily report records what actually happened — for the production, the insurance and the broadcaster. There is one per shooting day. You see the tab with the read right for daily reports; the report is written in the shooting day under Daily report.

The list

1 Distributed, with incidents, late. 2 The note on which past shooting days still lack a report. 3 One row per shooting day.

If a shooting day is behind you and has no report, it shows up as missing. You can create a report on the shooting day at the earliest; New daily report suggests the last day shot without a report.

The report

1 Scenes and pages, shot against planned, takes and the net shooting time. 2 What was shot — per scene status, takes, selects and media. 3 How the day actually ran, with the deviations from the plan.

1 Incidents & deviations. 2 Consumption & spend.

Times · plan / actualsection
Crew call, shooting start and wrap, planned and actual — a delay stands next to it as "+… m" —, net shooting time and Overtime (h).
Outputsection
Scenes, pages and set-ups, planned and shot, plus takes and footage in minutes. Per scene the state shot, Partly, To shoot or Postponed and the Circled takes.
Peoplesection
Crew, cast and extras, planned and actual.
Incidents & deviationssection
Every Incident with Delay (min), Severity, Classification, Cause and Action. Reports with incidents count as relevant for the insurance.
Consumption & spendsection
What was consumed on site or spent unplanned; the total flows into the budget.
Director's and production notestext
What the director and the production record about the day.
Actual times (clocked)from time tracking
The team's clocked times on this day. On submitting they are taken into the attendance list; a clock-in that was closed automatically is marked for checking.

At the top stand the net shooting time, the overtime and the Shooting output — without planned scenes or pages it shows "—" instead of a percentage. How the day actually ran lines up crew call, shooting start, lunch and wrap with the incidents and your own events in the order of the shift; if a time deviates, the plan stands beside it, such as "Crew call (planned 07:00)". The same run and the same scene card also stand in the shooting day under Daily report. Under Linked, the shooting day with its Plan document and, if there is one, the day's call sheet lead on.

Shooting output · 7 days shows the trend of the last days — pages planned against actual.

Submitting, approving, distributing

Submit hands the report in, Approve confirms it; the status card names who approved it and when. Distribute daily report creates the PDF and sends it to the recipients; afterwards the report stands as distributed. The PDF holds how the day ran with its times, the net shooting time, the overtime, the weather and the incidents with cause and delay. The History tab records every change to the report and every step of its status.
