Catering
The food per shooting day — an order with provider, location and kind of supply, meals with headcount, dietary requirements and allergies from the profiles, costs in the budget and the order list.
In catering you plan how the crew is fed on every shooting day. An order always belongs to a shooting day and to one of that day's locations — the server enforces it. You see the tab with the read right for catering.
The list
1 Planned days, meals and total cost, plus roughly per person. 2 The filters All, Confirmed and Requested — a request waits for the provider. 3 One order per shooting day with meals, people and day total.
An order is a draft, Requested, confirmed, Delivered or invoiced. You download the order list as a file, for example for the caterer.

Diets and allergies
1 Meals today. 2 Dietary requirements — the split by diet. Where people of the day named allergies in their profile, Allergies reported follows below, per allergen with the number of people.
The split by diet comes by itself from the profiles of the people assigned to the shooting day. Names only appear in the order to the caterer — and only for people who agreed to it in their profile. The costs are estimated until the invoice arrives; every order stands in the budget.
