DOOD

Day out of Days — who is needed on which shooting day, as a table of roles and shooting days, built automatically from the schedule, with the usual codes and as a PDF.

The DOOD (Day out of Days) answers the question every call sheet and every actor's contract needs: on which days is who needed? It builds itself as soon as scenes with roles lie on shooting days — you type in nothing. You see the tab with the read rights for shooting days and roles.

1 One Role / actor per row. 2 One shooting day per column. 3 In each cell the day's code. 4 The total of shooting days per role.

The codes stand in the legend below the table:

SWcode
Start work — the role's first shooting day.
SWFcode
Start and finish on the same day.
Wcode
Work — a shooting day.
Hcode
Hold — a day between two shooting days on which the person stays available and is paid.
WD, PWcode
Work drop and pickup work — when a role is off for a longer stretch in between.
WFcode
Finish — the role's last shooting day.

DOOD PDF downloads the table as a document, for example for the agency or the budget.
