Completeness
How far a project is — progress by phase and area, open and critical items, and the jump to exactly the place where something is missing.
The completeness check shows what already stands in a project and what is still missing: scenes without a shooting day, roles without casting, shooting days without a call sheet, a person on the team without a position. From this comes the Progress the project page shows at the top. Everyone on the team sees the tab.
1 The overall progress. 2 The phases with their state and the number of their areas. 3 The Critical items, the urgent ones first.
The phases are Development, Pre-production, production and Post-production, each completed, running, planned or Nothing recorded yet. Each phase lists its areas — such as Financing, scenes, roles, locations, looks, props, contracts, shooting days, call sheets — with done and total.
Open items
Below the areas stand the open items, critical ones first. Tapping an item jumps to exactly the place where you fix it: the page opens the record, scrolls there, and the missing field flashes. Once an item is fixed, it disappears by itself.
You download the whole check as a CSV file — with phase, area, done, total, percent and the critical items.
What happens when …
| When … | then … |
|---|---|
| you tap an open item | the record opens, and the missing field flashes. |
| you fix it | the item disappears, and the progress rises. |
| a phase has no content yet | it says what it needs before it can measure anything. |
| the project is still empty | the check appears as soon as it has content. |
