Sharing, offering appointments, subscription

Open your own calendar to colleagues, give away free times through a link, subscribe to your appointments in Google, Outlook or Apple, and choose the default reminder.

Four tools stand on the right of the calendar's toolbar. They apply to your own calendar.

Share calendar

1 Add someone searches by name or e-mail. 2 Per person the access level: Read only or Read and write.

You can share with people from your own tenant. Whoever may see your calendar chooses in their toolbar under Calendar between My calendar and yours. With Read only the person sees your appointments; the note at the top tells them that changing is not allowed. With Read and write they create and change appointments in your calendar — for everyone else such an appointment looks as if you had created it yourself. The details say who created it. The cross next to a person takes the share back.

Offer appointments

The Offer appointments dialog: a link through which others take one of your free times — without an account.

Only times when your calendar is free are offered. You copy the link at the bottom of the dialog. A booking appears in your calendar as To confirm: it is only firm once you confirm it.

Calendar subscription

Your appointments in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar — read only, through a secret link.

Create subscription link shows the link exactly once: paste it into your calendar app under "Subscribe to calendar" or "Add from the internet". It contains what you create or are invited to. With Include my projects' shooting days, the shooting days of all projects whose team you are on come along — all day, with project and place. New link makes the previous one invalid at once, End subscription switches it off. Anyone who knows the link sees your appointments: treat it like a password.

Default reminder

How long before an appointment you are reminded — for all appointments without a reminder of their own.

Each appointment can have a different reminder. If you allow system notifications in the window, the reminder appears as a notification of your system, even while you are working in another program. Otherwise you only see it in this tab.
